Jason Designs is the new emerging leader in the cork-back
placemats market. This family owned company was established in 1962 in New
Zealand. Placemats are manufactured using top grade natural materials from
renewable sources and go through strict quality control. The final product is a
long lasting placemat to protect your table and enhance your dinning experience.
Jason designs are sophisticated with a European flair; they offer an eclectic
collection with a wide design range from casual to elegant and with special
themes like floral, nautical, epicurean and design from the New York Botanical
Gardens. A collection of designs by the Metropolitan Museum is expected to be
released in January 2007. Jason placemats come packed in an elegant sturdy box
and most designs offered as a multi-view set of four different images.
Jason
placemats are offered in three sizes: dinner
mats are 11.25"
x 16.75" and packed in sets of four. Luncheon
mats are 8.5” x 11.5” and packed in set of six. Round charger mats are
11.75” diameter. Some of the designs have matching accessories such as cutting
boards and paper napkins.
