BestPlacemats.com, a division of SilverImpressions.com, is a family-owned business headquartered in Eastern Pennsylvania. We've been in the business since 1990, and on the web since 1999.

We consider ourselves a broad-spectrum one-stop gift shop - a New World high-tech e-store that hasn't forgotten about Old World customer service. We offer gift wrapping and message card service for a modest charge.

We have dedicated this web-site to placemats only, mostly hardboard placemats that are practical, stylish and affordable.

Ordering Information
  To place an order, click on the order button beside the item you would like and follow the instructions given. All fields in the order form must be filled in order to complete your order. Our ordering system is set up for US mainland only. We have suspended international orders because of repeated delivery issues.

When you click the "Add to Cart" button, the item will be added to your shopping cart. Putting an item in your shopping cart does not commit you to buying it. You can than choose to check out or continue shopping. You can also make changes to the quantities, or remove items from your shopping cart. You can always go back to your shopping cart by clicking "Show Order".

Important: If you entered any information incorrectly and the page refreshed, you may have lost your gift message! Take a second look and make sure it's still there. If you're unsure, you can always email us to make sure we received your message.

Privacy Policy
All credit card information is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted form for your security. If you feel better about ordering by Fax, please fill the electronic order form, print it and fax it to us at: (610) 838-3037.

BestPlacemats.com does not sell nor share any of your personal information. We will protect your privacy as if it was our own.

Shipping Information
 

Packages shipped within the continental US are shipped via UPS. We are shipping from Western MA - all orders bound for the east coast will be delivered within 1-3 business days. For other areas, please refer to our UPS map below. Please remember that delivery times quoted on the map are business days from shipping day. 

Please Note:

~ Orders shipped via Next Day Air, 2ND Day Air and 3 Day Select placed after 2PM EST will be shipped on the next business day.

~ Next Day Air means that the order will be delivered by 10:30 am on the next business day from the day it was shipped (not ordered).

~ 2ND Day Air means that the order will be delivered by the end of the day on the second business day from the day it was shipped (not ordered).

~ 3RD Day Select means that the order will be delivered by the end of the day on the third business day from the day it was shipped (not ordered).

WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO SHIP ALL ORDERS  WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY! Occasionaly items are out of stock - we will notify you be e-mail in such a case.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOX ADDRESSES.

If you'd like to make special delivery arrangements (such as Saturday Delivery), please call and speak with us personally.

Shipping charges are calculated by the weight of the item you ordered. We use UPS charts to calculate the shipping cost. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation by E-mail, including UPS tracking information.

This map shows time in transit for your ground package and will help you estimate delivery date for your order. Please remember whatever shipping method you choose,  only count business days.

Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us at BestPlacemats.com.

We carefully check every item before shipping and we give extra care to our packaging to make sure that every item arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged or defective please contact us immediately. All claims must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of orders.

All purchases carry a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please e-mail us at info@silverimpressions.com to arrange for a return. We will give you RA# and a shipping address. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in a new-like condition. The RA# must be marked on the outside box. We will not accept COD deliveries. Please make sure you use an insured carrier, as Silver Impressions can not be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. Personalized items can not be returned. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

PLEASE NOTE; WE ARE MOVING. DO NOT SEND RETURNS WITHOUT CALLING OR E-MAILING US FIRST AS THEY MAY NOT REACH US AND GET LOST.

As soon as your returned item arrives at our office we will check it and issue a credit to the credit card used for purchase. If you received this item as a gift please provide us with a credit card number to which you want your credit applied. 

Returned items must be in perfect, unused condition and packed in their original packaging. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

Pimpernel & Jason products that have been opened are subject to a 25% charge as they cannot be resold at full price. The design is viewable through  the cellophane wrap - please only open if you're sure you want to keep them. 

PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL OUTBOUND AND RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES ON RETURNED ORDERS. THE FULL OUTBOUND SHIPPING CHARGE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR TOTAL REFUND. IF YOU PAID $4.95 FOR SHIPPING THE ACTUAL OUTBOUND SHIPPING WERE MOST LIKELY MORE. PLEASE MAKE YOUR CHOICE CAREFULLY WHEN PLACING AN ORDER, SHIPPING COST BACK AND FORTH CAN BE HEFTY.
